We are situated in between Queens Street and Waterloo Street and in close proximity to the National Library. The nearest MRT station (depending on which direction you come from) would be either one of the following:

1) City Hall MRT Station

2) Bugis Junction MRT Station

3) Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station

Time needed for the email to reach you varies depending on which email platform (Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail etc) you are on and is not within our control. We apologise for any delays.

Step 1: Sign up for an account here. We will need your particulars and details on record.

Step 2: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Click on the link in the email to activate your account.

Step 3: Browse and add items to your shopping cart.

Step 4: Check out and your order will be processed. For items in stock, please collect them at our store. For pre-order items, we will notify you via sms as soon as the products are released.

Registering on the website only allows you to place orders with us.

Changes to quantity of items submitted cannot be amended from the website at the moment.

To amend the quantity for any items ordered, simply use the "Ask A Question" button on the product page to write in to us for any changes needed. We will respond with a confirmation email once amendment has been done for you.

This applies to both increases and decreases in quantity needed.

Work to incorporate overseas orders in an automated manner is in progress and will be officially launched at a later date.

In the meantime, we can still process overseas orders manually via email. Shipping & handling charges are charged separately and have to be added to your invoice. You may enquire about shipping rates before you make a purchase.

All overseas orders (in-stock items or pre-orders) have to be paid up fully at the point of ordering. Please provide your paypal account id (email address) so that we may send you an invoice for payment. Shipping will be charged when items are ready to ship.

A pre-order made is a commitment to purchase items when they are in stock.

Cancellations are therefore not encouraged and repeated cancellations might result in suspension of your pre-order privileges.

Returns and refunds are determined on a case-to-case basis and will be given at the discretion of TFH.

We do not offer refunds or rebates for the following cases:

1) Item/packaging damage as a result of transit or mishandling by postal services;

2) Manufacturing defect or QC issues affecting random pieces;

3) Factory seal on products has been broken; or if item has been played with.

As we are located in Singapore, all prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We have provided indicative pricing in other major currencies (Yen, Euro and USD) as reference for your ease of comparison.

Payment is to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
